Loading Screen Crash

So, I'll be playing league, then once everyday i'll start a game, then i finish champ select. After that, I'm in the loading screen, and league will crash, not bug splat, it'll just say, "league of legends is not responding" or something like that, so i close it, then i try to hit reconnect, and it says i'll be disconnected from the game, so i try to reconnect. No matter how many times it try, i won't be able to join the game, till like 3-5 minutes into the game, some times 2 minutes in if I'm lucky. Because of this I've been getting leaver buster. I've tried to use the report a bug in the bottom right corner multiple times, and it's still not fixed.
