Can we see Keystones in Spectator Mode?

When you're playing in a game, you can see everyone's Keystone Masteries by bringing up the score screen with TAB. Since this isn't available while spectating, could the spectator HUD show which Keystone a player is using? I think the best place for it would be next to the summoner spells on each player's portrait.

• It'd help spectators track the cooldowns of keystones like Thunderlord's Decree and Stormraider's Surge.
• It would help give players an idea of what high-ELO and professional players are choosing with their masteries without having to go to external sites. When I'm watching a pro game, I don't want to have to go crawling through op.gg or a similar service in order to find out that Faker is running Stormraider's Surge on Ryze rather than Deathfire Touch, or that Doublelift prefers Grasp of the Undying over Fervor on Vayne.
• Consistency between the in-game client and the spectator client.
