Garen beats Wukong easily. Wukong is visible since your spin shows a ghost of where the real Wukong is. Karthus is a very easy match up for Garen because he can cleanse the slow and silence. Pre-rework Rammus was hard for Garen to lane against. Now that you can cancel his spin with your silence and the CC reduction on W, Garen wins that match up. Warwick is extremely difficult to lane against. He has better sustain, CC, damage reduction, and scales much harder than you.
