Step 1: Queue up for a ranked game. Step 2 Hit ready when prompted Step 3: Wait for the 30 second timer for people to not choose a pick Step 4: Wait 3 minutes for 6 bans to go through Step 5: Wait 4 minutes for 8 picks Step 6: Get put back in queue because someone dodged Step 7: Hit ready when prompted

That wait time is real though. Can we remove some seconds from the clock? (A move window to front for bans would be dope too)
