urgot visual clarification

just one small little tweak please, in the battlecast urgot skin (idk if this rings true for other skins), its very hard to see if the top-right shotgun leg (in lane) is activated or deactivated... i've died multiple times where i thought i had that leg and i shoot out a peanut arm auto
