Crash
For the past few loading screens right after champ select, I always crash at 36 ping and never anything else. I'm forced to close the client all together to join back in, everything past that works fine. Could be an issue on my end.

omfg same here! my game sets up normally I tried everything they told me to do....it just left me with a bunch of unused files that I didn't even need and the problem still consists...I'm pretty sure a lot of people are gunna start to quit if this problem continues. This is very inconsiderate to other players regardless

A few days ago there was a message on the client somewhere about removing LOL from your taskbar as it was, for some reason, causing crashes. That they were working on a fix. I think you needed to remove it from the taskbar and then use the repair on the client or something.
Don't know if that is the problem, but I thought I would throw in out there.
