lee sin perfect casting setup pls help

Hey, i recently picked lee sin up, and i found out you have to smart / quick cast some things. my question was lee sin's q i want to cast to my mouse cursor, but still see the range, is that possible? and his w i want to be able to cast very quickly, so u have to change your warding item and your trinket to the same number or anything?? i basically just don't understand wich abilities to quick or smart cast, and what u need to do with the wards pls help me!
