Why is there no Loss forgiven for AFK/DC?

For real I waste 15 minutes to surrender, or 45 mins to a hour to lose because its 4v5 and their is no forgiveness? What the hell is up with that? It is clearly not fair to lose a game because you are 5v4 and this should be a no brainier.. Like legit why isn't this in place? Riot do it now I bet not one person in ranked will disagree with me. I don't want to hear the whole I have won plenty of 4v5 because that was luck and the game still was not fair. If we lose with a person down you should not count that against our score as it was beyond our control.
