If my team didn't FF, never knew FF'ing decreases your chances of getting an S.

Probably not, no. a key factor you left out was game length. 234 cs in a 48 minute game isn't good. Where did you see that surrendering will lower your grade?
WAIT-WHAT?! IT DOES??? I think you would have. I've had a bunch of scores like 21/2 and above that, but my teams try to surrender like 6 times per match. I'm upset now! Riot's trying to fuck up everyone!
Stop FF there really no reason to unless the opposing team is just statpadding
Loosing a game decreases it, but i have personally gotten a few S and S+ ranks in lost games. It depends more on what champion you are playing.
The algorithims for determining grade are secret, so only rioters on that team would be able to tell you.
That said. Based on current theories going around, you haven't provided enough information to make an informed guess.
