and got a regular gangplank skin, same as others from google showing how they re rolled legendaries as well and most of them ended up with the same gangplank skin lol is this a bug or intended or what?
it's intended quality of skins going into it doesn't change the outcome could be 3 normal skins and it'd have the same rr chance

No it's not a bug.
The quality of skin shards you reroll has absolutely nothing to do with what skin you receive.
Re-Rolled 3 Legendary skins
Have to remember this goes both ways. You could re-roll three legacy janky skins and get an ultimate skin as well.
Also, if you do get an ultimate skin it automatically unlocks for you, even if you just open it from a chest all by itself.
Previously they didn't give any free stuff except for if you followed them on facebook/twitter. I'm not even sure they still do those promotions, but back in the day they gave unchained alistair and riot tristana. They were like some of the first skins I ever got lol.

Yeah wish it would take the average of all 3 tier skins you re roll instead of just giving you any skin, so if you did 3 of the same tier it should give you one of that tier, or if it was 2 lower and 1 legendary then would have a small chance of getting a legendary still or to the max tier of the others if they were the same
I hate riot im 103 level and thay never give me legendary skin. From Mastervork chest i got fanatic janna. why riot never give me a good skin.
I opened my gold work chest from the 10 year anniversary and only got orange essence. :) That was a great feeling.
Think they have twitch drops now but i haven't gotten any at all yet but i've been watching so many twitch streams so not sure which ones count as drops or not
But yeah I guess learned my lesson not to reroll high end skins, basically just paid 900 orange essence to unlock a skin that costs like what 200, oh well next time i won't do that and should have looked online before i did that as well too

i rerolled spirit guard udyr with 3 520 skins, so its sometimes good...but yeah, when you have 3 sht legendary skins, maybe just save them for OE if you ever have a really good skin shard.
Working as intended, Riot wasn't gonna make a system that benefits the player at their own expense.
Yeah just kind of lame how it doesn't take the average of all 3 rarities atleast, instead of just any random skin
