How does lethality work
i know that if you have 100 damage and 20 lethality and the enemy has 30 armour you can go 90 damage to them but what if you have 100 damage and 40 lethality and the enemy had 30 armour would you do 110 damage?

Just removes a portion of the armor the opponent has.
0 armor minimum for lethality, 0 MR minimum for magic pen
If you can reduce it with debuffs you can put it below 0. This doesn't include lethality/pen. If the debuffs put it to 0 or lower the pen is not used at all.
Lethality is a modified flat armor pen. It is now based on your level. The percent goes from 62 at 1 to 100 at 18. So at level 1, 10 lethality is 6.2 armor pen, which is how much the enemy's armor is reduced in the damage calcuation.
