Have the old draft pick theme play at this point when someone gets a penta. I doubt it will distract from gameplay and it would make pentas feel way more epic and incredible. I doubt this would be too hard to add and it would also be a great way to occasionally get to hear the old theme.

My personal favorite idea, was a global pentakill exclusive quote from whatever champion you happen to be playing at the time of getting the penta.
The downside is it would require getting EVERY voice actor contracted again, just to do a single line (or maybe a few for each champ), which besides being expensive would take alot of time and such.
There also needs to be a page in the client that records the number of times you've done certain things (number of pentakills being an obvious one)
Nah just replace the "Ace" announcement after the penta with a "REKT" for maximum cheese.

Having your teammate feed instead of defend so that the enemy can go from quadra to penta isn't spectacular enough for you?
