How to make Lulu a jungler

> Give her the nid treatment and make her e snare minions and monsters. Onhit Lulu is already played a tonne top and seeing her as a jungler would be amazing. Not only that but it would also serve as a slight buff to lane Lulu is she could pin a minion in its a place and then snipe with her q rather than have the minion walk out of position.
