I want to 1v1 anyone from Diamond 3 and above.
This isn't a 1v1 to prove that I belong in Diamond, but I just want to see the difference between Gold and Diamond, I think it'll be fun and maybe I can learn some things! My Summoner is "Nepa".

You wont learn much in a 1v1; higher ELOs are all about macro skill. Being able to read the map and respond, being able to predict global movements, knowning when and where to do things.
Lane ability is a bronze-silver thing. A bronze player who does his lane very well can easily beat a challenger monkey but wont be able to have the same map pressure and wave manipulation.
I was plat in season 4 and a bronze player asked to 1v1 and he got first blood. He was playing Syndra though and I had never played that matchup as Vel'koz. But I told him his laning was fine and he probably needs to improve other areas. That's probably the case for most players because laning is the most straightforward and easy to understand part of the game.
Also, every lane matchup is totally different. One of the things good players do is they know what is possible in a given matchup and how to mitigate bad matchups.
