I can literally taste the bronze in this post
He only gets that true damage if he can fully land his combo. Dodge the knockup and you're fine
Play some Rengar or Ekko and you will see what broken as f really means.

Lolololol no.... he isn't broken. He's okay
He is far from broken.
Any champion such as Fizz or Alkali who can get close to him, pop him faster then a ballon.
Also while he has amazing poke, champions such as Xerath or Azir have better poke then him so they can just harass him out of lane.
Lastly any champion with hard cc, such as Xerath (E Stun) or Cho'gath (W Silence) can force him out of his ult or disrupt his combo.
While i agree in his current state he is strong, he is not near broken.
