She wins lane but has trouble winning games. It is basically "Sure I am probably not going to win, but I can ruin my lane opponent's life too"

well I don't believe she is 100% fair but... Her dash can be stopped with hard cc, her damage comes from landing more than one ability, magic resist ruins her early game trades, and my personal favorite reason is she cant do shit against galio (I find it hilarious).

She's never been balanced or fair and is cancer right up there with Fizz . At last with LB though you can legit 100-0 her with only 1.5 seconds of CC to keep her in place. That alone makes her more balanced than the fish.

If leblanc is so feed and farmed up that she can drop you with two basic ability, You should not be positioned anywhere that would allow her to land Q with out casting a W. Positioning matters, don't be stupid use your front line. If she does cast W first then Q then R to get the kill, well that's probably gonna end you, but her W is very linear and again, you really should be chilling with a teammate with cc and hp to keep her off your face anyhow. Also if your an adc and shes fat. please item 3111 over item 3006 or item 3009 .
