So the league commuity. atleast the player base has gone down the toliet

so i would just like to understand how riot justifies letting trolls that make you lose games get away with it, let alone the fact that if you say anything in chat during a game youll be suspended for no reasons other then you stopped to type one thing. honestly how is this suppose to give a positive feed back for anyone play, i remember 3 years ago when things were done right and you were reported for saying hello, and yes i mean there are people being suspended by trolls because the only thing they ever said were, and i quote, "GLHF lets make this a fun game", and thats just in the recent months.

i remember back 3-4 years ago so many people were toxic and negative and just generally did bad things in game that should of resulted in suspensions an bans, but nothing, and now the tribunal reacts when people are positive, i dont think this is fair for some of us that have to deal with trolls on a daily basis that say things like "i only play top, if you dont give me top im going to feed", which forces you to play in another role that, yes, you can play but you really want to play the other role that someone else refuses to not budge from. things like this usually take place in draft or even ranked and it give the rest of the team the uneasy feeling like they are going to lose anyway because of this negative/toxic person. i guess the best part about how all this goes down is when the game is all over and done with and the person that will only play one lane/role ends up being the reason you had to deal with a super fed player which results in a loss because of it, and then when the post game stats and chat come up, you have an entire team that start to talk about how they should be report for assisting the enemy team refusing to play anywhere but there or feed intentionally, and then you get 9 reports for that one player that should be reported, but yet no punishment goes through for them becuz tribunal thinks that that player was wrong in someone way even though they have the chat logs to look at and can clearly see that that is not the case, but yet when you are doing nothing wrong and you are talking about how to report a player the does nothing but farms in the jungle all game and feeds and never helps in team fights or even pushes and they clearly refuse to becuz you got a little heated due to the fact that everyone was asking for help weither it was through ping or chat and they just clearly refuse becuz they dont like be bothered. yet only the troll reports you and you get a 2 week suspeson, someone explain to me how that is considered fair in anyway, trolls that get off scott free yet the team mates that have to deal with the troll are the ones punished.

thats just the tip of all the thoughts going on with me, and yes this is just a thought i have been trying to figure out, and the only conclusion i can come up with is that the tribunal and riot admins are in favor of trolling and having games ruined becuz of it.
