so this account of mine has been permantly suspended and i feel it was done in an unjustified way since i didnt even get a chance to tell my side of the story, in fact i highly doubt riot would in fact let me tell my side of the story in the first place since they put trolls in charge of tribunal. Im going to say it, it isnt fair that what i say results in a permanent suspension since im not even being toxic in the least, ill admit to salty or even a bit negative, but nothing i have said is bad enough to result in a permanent suspension, i know so since i have been told during and after games that i should go kill myself or i should be shot, etc. and these kind of players get to keep playing with no punishments what so ever

how in the hell is this fair.

and yes this is exactly what everyone thinks it is, a rant to vent my frustratiions about how league caters to the tolls, and to the people who boost and buy their accounts from other players, since rot does not want to listen to me at all or for that matter even care about its players then maybe its time i do something about it to bring awareness to them since it will all start with me getting my account unsuspended since i am talking to a lawyer in the morning and i will be discussing this matter with them to figure out what is going to happen next since i have been unjustly targeted by the riot community to be a and the league community, since some people find it fun to ban players when they dont know all the fact.

I expect to hear back from a riot admin about this forum since they are the only ones i will be addressing about this matter, and the only ones to hear about.

Please no player comments, only admin ad developer comments since i am very upset and just to be honest, i do have prof that i am being wrongly treated since i record my matches and when i have to respond to someone being a genral ass and hurting the game for other, im the only one not afraid to stand up to bullying that only riot would allow by players they are probably paying because they think its funny, and i do not agree with anything that punishment that was handed down since it should of gone to chat restriction and not a permanent suspension since i just came off a 2 week suspension.

Permanently suspended would mean you would need proof of this justifiable toxicity in EVERY GAME you were toxic in since the reason you got banned was ONE game but several. A blue will along eventually, possibly, but the answer isn't going to be much different.

People keep saying riot doesn't care about trolls, yet Riot is continually making the anti-troll/feeder system stronger and cracks down very quickly on boosters.

I don't think using the minimum amount of force necessary to prevent them from harming you admits defeat. If that were the case, every practitioner of Aikido would inherently be admitting defeat every time they made use of those skills.

You know, I was going to respond in this thread in another way but This ^^ caught my attention. Nicely put :)

OP: believe it or not many of the people you are calling trolls try to help others in your very situation. The thing is often those people don't really want help they want to argue. Calling people trolls on the boards only make your case weaker.

And here is a tidbit of advice, Rioters Do read the forums the way you present your case is important as well. Please come back after you talk to that lawyer as I'd be Very interested in what they have to say..GL

Listen, these two things are not both going to happen. The moment you say that you are even considering taking legal action, no employee is going to discuss the matter with you. They are obligated to refer you to Riot Games' legal department.

This doesn't just apply to League of Legends, or video games. If you are talking to Comcast about your internet bill, and you say the word "lawsuit" or "sue", you've just destroyed any hope of having their customer service department work with you. They will have to immediately stop dealing with you and let their legal team—and only their legal team—communicate with you.

"I'm going to talk to a lawyer about this" sounds like a strong threat that gives you a lot of leverage, if you know nothing about customer service. It sounds like something where the person listening to you will want to give you what you want in order to avoid potentially costly legal action. Better to give someone their account back (which costs nothing) than get sued for a ton of money, right? But in reality, companies have policies that say nobody except the legal team is allowed to deal with people who are considering legal action. This makes sure that the only people communicating are the ones who thoroughly understand the business' legal rights and obligations.

wow i cant believe i got three trolls on this post really goes to show how some people wont actually trust someone and yes i look you 3 up, your al legit trolls that need to stop this right now, no one believes anything you say at all, seriously only the people who get banned and are innocent of the ban will agree with me, and yet there is no point to discuss this any further, since i have an email from riot to attend to right now about this subject, oh and fyi, since the three of you want to go around and claim that when people get banned its because of a toxic behavior, you might want to look it up since toxic behavior is something that makes someone feel extremely bad with all the harsh cuss and racial words/slurs, and since alot of us dont get that bad and are only a tny bit negative in a response to a problem, i.e. like you three trolls, then maybe the problem should be the thing removed not the response to the problem, since the more people you remove that dont want to be stepped on by that kind of people, then guess what there wont be anyone left to play this game or even watch the preious pro games.

but honestly looking for proof in everyway means nothing if you have no experiance with how this are done in life and the fact that i, and many other have been wronged you will soon see proof of everything you need when riot come crumbling down since they wrong so many people. hell every person i have spoken to about this who has no idea about this game, even said that getting banned over a game because your sticking up for your self and your the only one who as the balls to do so is preposterous.

hell i could mute them but that admits defeat and alot of us dont let someone walk over us to get their own way.

if you want to call us children for that fact go ahead and do so, but a warning, the more you say it, the more you will be the target of retaliation in which you wont like it and you will end up like us but in a worse fashion since you want to dispute everything we say

do me a favor and stop with shooting down forums they arent just for you, they are for us all and if you dont like it then dont us it, which if im not mistaken is the same thing you tell everyone, "there is a mute button for a reason", a direct quote from probably the 2 biggest trolls in league

it is not your concern to see the logs, which are one sided to begin with, since i did in fact mute the roll who afk'd in the game in question atleast 5 times for 5 min each claiming he was waiting on gold.

i know for a fact that the only time anyone actually waits for gold is when they only need to have about 20 gold give or take when they are on the fountain not 500 or more

and he had they audacity to report me when he did do anything for anyone in game, since i was the only one punished yet he had actually made the entire team angry at him since he would help in fight just wait for us to die and then go 1v5 trying to clean up when all that would happen was 2 or three die and then they get an entire lane.

my logs are not impotant since this travesty occured in mine game and he even admitted it.

so yet again this is not of your concern, and only a riot admin/developer will have any other response from me

i agree with you on this and you know what if you need someone to go along with you i am willing to help out since i myself was wrongly punished with a permanent suspension, since it seemed to me like riot was protecting the trolls that like to instigate these episodes, hell ill bet they are paying these people so they can laugh at people when they ban them thinking there goes another problem, yet they are only dealing with the people wh respond to it since they are the kind of people who dont tolerate things going the wrong way or bulling other players.

so many players are afraid to speak up about it because they have spent so much money and dont want to lose it all, the thing is if more people spoke up during or after game then things like this would stop and fewer and fewer reports would have to be sent because the root of the problems would be fixed, but since riot likes to ban people with out proper provocation to do so then they are another company that will end up forced out of gaming since they only care about 4 things, money fame the people they pay to make that money and fame and the fact that people playing their product are only testing things for their so called pro players to use to make them famous.

im really hoping riot does respond to you on this matter since this is a serious matter that isnt being dealt with in the proper way and i will actually support any actin againest them just to get you money back or even play a game again with your friends since riot is taking the fun out of it or the people.

riot might as well be known as the Mark Rosewater of league of legends, screwing everything up for everyone and not allowing anyone to speak up and say their peace

Okay, so you are saying, you got permanently banned for not saying anything toxic over the course of several games?

I mean, you keep saying 'oh hey, you guys are trolls, I'm just standing up for myself' but getting chat restricted is standing up for yourself. Being permanently banned is 'I was pretty darn toxic over the course of MANY games'. So if you were 'defending yourself' in all of them, you must have been pretty toxic. You don't provide evidence, which is rather telling.

Nobody is trolling, the bottom line is that nobody in their right mind is going to take the word of a player who has been permanently banned without seeing the chat logs to back up your story. Riot gets it right 99 times out of 100, and if you're the 1 case they messed up on then prove it.
