My thoughts on the Drakes
What I want to see from the dragons is it taken to the EXTREME. When I take Infernals I want Summoners Rift to be burnt to a crisp more and more for each one I take. By the time I have 3 completely remove the wall around red buff and just put holes in every other wall and slowly remove more and more of River.
Ocean Drake should extend the river to reach out into bot lane & jg entrances. Pushes shouldn't just grow but flourish. Add pushes and make them MASSIVE in the jg if you have 3 ocean drakes.
Cloud drakes shouldn't just speed you up but make you feel like the howl of the wind as though you were high on top of Mount Targon. Wind not only can speed you up but blow you around with random gusts of wind blowing you in random directions in the jungle. Of course there'll be visual queues to when and where the wind will be and push you (plus having Yasuo wind wall and Braum shield be able to block them would be cool)
Mountain Drake shouldn't just add another rock/wall to the jungle but reshape it as an ever changing landscape like the mountains. Walls shouldn't just be added but removed and replaced to make the jungle you traversed before into a completely different experience from the last time you did it.
These are just my thoughts on how to shake up the game because currently they look kind of blan and only impactful in specific situations
