Teemo main here (dont hate on me yet). Believe it or not he is currently in need of a small rework or buff. He really has lost his identity and could use some work done. He takes a certain kind of player to be used effectively.
He doesn't need a nerf, he's annoying as fuck to play against but people who know how to play the game will have no problem dealing with a useless teemo.
teemo is useless af. i dodge any game anyone picks teemo on my side.
Teemo scales AWFULLY. He's not a splitpusher, yet he lacks the damage of most assassins, can't teamfight well and doesn't have the sustained damage like other DPS champs. He exists to fuck you over in lane and snowball a win out of it. If the game reaches 30 mins and Teemo isn't on some sort of killing spree, Teemo drops off into near uselessness.
Yeah Teemo's damage is insane on squishies.
Seriously, a champion completely designed to annoy people should be removed from game.
The thing about teemo... In bronze he's considered "Satan". Anything above gold hes considered a worthless troll pick. He honestly does need a rework/buff.
Despite him having a giant fan base. When was the last time he was EVER picked in pro play?

A teemo destroyed a Vladimir in my last ranked game, and was oneshotting me with one Q and an auto.
