Vladimir feels just so strong for me. I can win my lane every single time with 2-3 champions but I haven't won a single lane against a Vladimir. You trade with him after he uses his q but he still outtrades you. If his hp is a bit low he can just life steal in 2 sec from minions and be full hp again. Because he is ranged he can farm better than you as well if he has a bit of experience with the champ. Plz nerf him or just tell me how to play against him...
His early game is weak unless you don't stay away from his Crimson Rush. I'll just give you a screenshot to help explain.
His resource bar turns orange when he almost has it and it turns red when it's active. He can hold onto it for 2 1/2 seconds so it's not as oppressive as Yasuo tornado.

, especially early game, where he is pretty easy to kill most of the time, as long as you wait out his q crit.
Vlad is on stupid levels of broken. His trade and sustian back with his Q is incredibly unhealthy. His whole kit needs to be thrown into dumpster and reworked.
There is zero risk and skill involved with playing such a Champ.
Toxic levels of sustian, they removed SPELL Vamp for a fucking reason.

And then his late game, the pinnacle of gameplay. Insanely short cooldowns coupled with an invulnerability with immense amount of healing. Seeing a fed Vlad is one of the scariest things in the game cause you know no matter how much damage you deal, it'll all just come back as soon as it went away.
And oh that damage, fucking forget about killing him before he one shots you with a E Q E. I don't know the exact numbers but I'm pretty sure both E and Q have under a 3 sec CD and bot can do upwards of 500 dmg a piece, it's really fun seeing someone run at you and just hit you with everything cause other than being too far away you can't dodge it.
What if I told you that the 2-3 champions to play might have very bad matchups against vladimir?
Because vladimir definetly has matchups where he has a hard time.
When facing a vladimir I like to pick 
in midlane and win lane easily.
Alternativly you can pretty much pick any mage, hard shove the wave and bind him to his turret cause he can hardly match the wavelcear of most midlaners. This lane priority can be used to establish vision and allow your jungler to get pretty much every scuttle crap, since the enemy jungler can't contest it when vlad is forced to hug his tower.
Yes things will get really difficult when he gets ahead, but that's similar to alot of other champions.

I just noticed in a comment that you said you like to play Kat/Akali/Zed into him. Maybe try Diana out in some norms and get a feel for her, find a Vlad to practice against - She's a great answer to Vladimir.
