Please dont put them back
For Season 7 can you PLEASE not put in keystones, already brought way too much damage to the game and the masteries suck as you cant build your character but just choose either or.

The keystones add new ways to play each champion though. They're no longer one dimensional, they can be played multiple ways b/c of the keystones.
The keystones in my opinion, as well as the opinions of the majority of players, are one of the best things to have happened to the mastery system. I mean they diversify the way you can play your champion.
For example, Teemo can be played with either FoB, DFT, or Thunderlords depending on the playstyle you prefer. Playing Teemo against a hard counter matchup? Well, then you can run SoA for a more passive laning phase which should allow you to not get completely dumpstered on.
Honestly, if anything, I'd like to see a slight increase to the variety of the masteries if anything just because I love to have as many options as is possible. I'm kind of hoping that whoever it was at Riot who pitched the keystone idea in the first place is also one of the people working on the new Rune system as well. lol

Yes but it make some champs too annoying to deal with, yasou with undying grasps, adds way too much damage to games which makes snowballing easy as hell, yes i will agree it bring some champs back to life but also adds way too much damage to game and comebacks are harder due to it, If im fed as pantheon at top, I can wipe out my laner with 1 combo from full, that is ridiculous.
The biggest reason I don't see it as an issue is that there is obviously still counter-play due to the fact that higher elo players are still able to play from behind against things like that. Now if those high elo players were also seeing issues like this then that would be a different story as it would likely point out that there is a lack of counter play.
Personally I have yet to lose to my opponents masteries alone and I'm pretty low tier on the great elo tree. Often times when I'm being one shotted by a Pantheon or someone I am usually able to determine that I made a positioning error or otherwise I had failed to account for his burst potential and played overly aggressive.
I mean in you're example you stated that when you're fed you can terminate your opponent with a single combo but to be completely fair, you won't be doing that same thing if you aren't fed and therefore it can be argued that the reason you do that insane damage would mostly be attributed to the fact you had an item and level advantage over your opponent. You also need to factor in what they built for items in response to you being fed. If they aren't building defensively then it's only natural that you're going to burst them to death with your lead.
League of Legends is a game of advantages, the players who gain the higher ground won't have to play as cautiously as the team who has the lower ground. If you're the guy on the lower ground you need to play around your opponents advantages and only take crudely calculated risks in order to stabilize the game state. The key stones enforce this in many ways but they can also be used for a come back in those previously mentioned calculated risks.
I've had so many come backs in my laning phases that would have been so much more difficult to pull off without keystones like Thunderlords or Grasp of the Undying. So the masteries can benefit both the winners and the losers, it's all about who plays it better, who's better at pressing their advantages, who has the better strategy, who's more aware of the game state and the hazards it presents, and etc.
So sure you might one shot Teemo after getting fed on Pantheon, but honestly it's Teemo's fault for letting you get fed in lane against him in the first place. "But Pantheon counters Teemo!" some of my fellow Teemo players might say and to them my response is this: You're right he does, so that gives you two options. You can either not play Teemo against pantheon if he was picked before you OR you can acknowledge from champion select that you've been countered and bring your defensive rune and mastery pages, start with a cloth armor, let Pantheon push the wave to your tower, and freeze the lane so that if pantheon wants to farm he needs to be practically under your own tower in order to do so. As long as you do one of those two things then you shouldn't have to deal with being one shot by the guy.
while we're at it can we increase the champion base stats and remove items so we're playing champions how riot wants us to
