Key frags

Please eighter boost those key frag drop rates or include an IP purchase option (like 4800IP for 1 key fragment) that way, the chest/key rate would be FAR more balanced. (For example yesterday i had 3 chests, i could have erned 4 more that day, but i only had 2 key fragments. Having technically 7 chests and 2/3 keys to open it, is just not a plesant view. It's near impossible to piss me off, but i know that many,MANY people are upset about this.) So please fix this somehow.
