Teemo, Karthus and One For All. PETITION.

With all due respect and no offense intended!

So there are 130+ champions in LoL, and 2 are permabanned by definite. I've read the reasons for this and it seems to be that "their core fantasies create a degenerate play pattern for the opposing team, that goes above and beyond what the other champions can accomplish" ( link: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/summoners-rift/2ENgzMTO-teemo-karthus-disabled-in-one-for-all-queue ) While this is not true (to mention just some) you can even have a fair counterbuild against them, since they only have reasonalbe magic damage (Karthus ult ; Teemo shroom btw...) so there's really no reason for this permaban to stay. Now, i understand that they might be a little annoing, but then again, there are far more annoing champs out there (just look above) and if you really, REALLY don't want to play against them, well that's why we have a ban system (with 5-5 bans next season!).

Let us decide if we want to ban them or not, but do NOT prevent us from playing them normally! It's not just unfair for those who like these champs, but also unsubstantiated (agian, look above for champs)!

And ignoring these requests (which, I see every single time there is OFA) is just not resonating with the whole "being the most player-oriented company" thing. Which is Riot's goal.

(Oh, and yes, I am aware that they are enabled in custom mode, that is, if I want to play with 9 people from 9 different ranks and divisions from which 5 came to choose a counter pick against Teemo or Karthus, some are probably there becoulse of a 20 min ban for being assholes, and I have to wait for mutch longer than for a normal game, also, they can afk and quit without any real consequence. Yeah, nice.....)
