It's really fun. Crazy good game balance riot. Love watching 3/4 Fizz ult me (which literally can't miss) and then quadra flash one shot me. Good stuff.

Then Brand. Oh thank god I went 0/88 but my passive won't let me not do well!

3/4 still means he has 3 kills worth of gold. But I will agree with you that I think Fizz' ult should not slow, knock up and then slow again with how much mobility that champion has.
