Why do you guys not ban people for cheating while flying off the handle for chatting in the chat box

I literally run into a cheater a day while playing this game yet literally ZERO of them are banned. However when I report someone flaming or get reported flaming they're INSTANTLY banned. One of these things ACTUALLY ruins the game (cheating) while the other doesn't affect anything at all. So feel free to ACTUALLY start banning these cheating pieces of shit instead of encouraging to cheat because they know they can win and troll people into getting their accounts banned.

But after seeing this last patch you let go through there's no way you could possibly make this game any better. Apparently the only qualifications you need to work at that garbage company is to be a clueless PC reject who's worried more about gender identity and sexuality than making the game playable.
