Tie Queues Together and Fix Matchmaking

I've tried long well thought out posts about what is wrong with this game. So this time, screw it. Twice in Promo's I was just matched against players who are Plat in another queue. This was my promo series to get from Bronze 4 to Bronze 3. Tell me that isn't fucked up.
