Trolls Everywhere

I am so disgusted with the league community. In the past 3 RANKED games I have played I have had a Thresh ADC, Twitch support, and a Cait support. Each and everyone of these players were toxic and blamed the loss on the rest of the team. I truly did used to have fun playing the game. I just don't anymore, only because of these type of people. There needs to be more done with Riot to ban the stupid ***holes permanently from this game. I have a deep love for this game for this game, I truly do. Ranked is so fun and can be so rewarding. But it seems I cannot get into a game without someone flaming just because they didn't get their role or some other nonsense. I have an idea that could help this monstrosity of a problem. I think that before a summoner is able to play ranked, they have to complete a set number of games as each role. And in those "prelim" games, the summoners would be forced to chose a champion that actually is viable in that role (no Twitch supports). That way no one can go into a game saying, "I can't support" or "Mid or feed". And if someone does troll, there should be a way for the game to be reviewed and see if a loss of LP should be applied if requested by multiple people of the same lobby. Which brings me to another point, don't make a team lose LP if someone afk'd the entire game, but that's for a different rant. Please Riot, do something. I want to have fun playing this amazing game again.
