WHY IS EVERYONE SAYING THIS ITEM IS OP ON RIVEN:: ????? RIVEN HAS AOE SO SPELL DAMAGE WILL GIVE HER ONLY 4 % heal.. or am i wrong????

why not buy another bt since the lifsteal will stack !

or what does multi target effects mean? maybe there is a different between aoe and multi targets affects.. multi target effects sound like katarina q or swain r or something.. an ability that can jump to others ??? or it is just all aoe abilitys dat can hit multiple people ??ß can riot pls explain it so we dont get struggle at understanding

Rivens spells are aoe dmg. The thing that makes this item op is that she can spam her spells and generate life with them also her q has 3 stages which all heal you, the other passive of this item works good with her e + the way you build that item and the stats it has is pretty good.
