can irelia's e not work on minions riot?

Irelia doesn't need to be easier than she already is. This would also slightly nerf her push potential for the players that DO know how to play her. (I'm talking about pushing a wave into turret before going B in the early game.)

Assuming it still works on monsters for Irelia jungle, I don't see many objections...
