URF has a Big Problem

Let me start by saying. URF is still a lot of fun, and I enjoy trying out the entire roster @80% CD

However, despite the current value of URF, I feel that the mode has diminished quite a bit due largely to the Dragon Buff/Rift Herald chain as well as the cannon which is arguably more powerful than teleport (it doesn't require a summoner's spell slot nor a specific target) leading to a perpetual snowballing effect.

While there are some characters that specifically need tuning, after many games the common denominator still seems to be the Dragon Buff which leads to an easy Rift Herald which leads back to the Dragon Buff after the enemy team (which may already be slightly ahead) has gain several kills/towers starting with the first buff. By this point, unless the rolls were extremely well balanced--a rarity in URF--there seems to be no recourse but surrender.

I could list many specific character flaws here, but I think the mechanics of URF have more bearing than any individual character.

I am interested in seeing how the data plays out after this ends. Thoughts?
