W - Remove Scurvy COST60/70/80/90/100 mana ⇒ 80/90/100/110/120 mana
i combine that with mikael to prevent cc on me and allies
R - Cannon Barrage COOLDOWN160/150/140 seconds ⇒ 180/160/140 seconds DAMAGE600/840/1080 ⇒ 420/720/1020
reduces my overall damage and my main tool to get assists
so RITO,change this please,thanks

hope it goes back to normal,the mana increase is a big backdraw for my build and the reduced ap in ult affects my total damage,since i cant get the upgrade till minue 20 or 30(before i finish my i cannot farm with last hits)

They are not taking your off meta builds into consideration and nor should they.
