Playing something off meta like the things you have described is not reportable. But I don't know what you mean by Riot "rewarding" you for trying something off-meta.

The reason that people are downvoting you is probably because you said Riot should "reward" you for doing it in the title.

Nobody is required to honor anyone, but you shouldn't be reported, either. Some people are just like that for some reason.

for being innovative,good,and prove that those work :) meta shouldnt be so restricted how about Leona with item 3074 item 3742 item 3071 ???that one worked nicely too
