Frustrating to dea lwith when ahead? Yes (what champ isn't like this to some degree?)
Able to deliver on her second "class" of assassin well? Yes
Needs a rework? Riot said it not me.
Voli just has to much power currently and needs some power trimed from his kit to make him not be at a 55%+ win rate. Beyond that he is alright.
But it will take #LCSBIGPLAYS to make people see that tanks who do a lot of damage are more of a problem then sustained damage "dive fighters"

Been playing Irelia a lot lately. She ain't broken. You guys are just easily baited into stupid trades with her. She is out classed by all the popular top laners. The only way I've been having success with her is by baiting people into trades when my life is lower. In this scenario, her E becomes a stun which makes it far more likely you would die in a fight. This is the ONLY way I can get that 1st kill with her. If you have more health than her, don't let her get close to you, especially when she has a Sheen.
