How about we divide Hecarim's W damage to make it an AOE fear?Then a cooldown reset on Q when hitting a scared opponent? Could we also add some sort of vayne passive on his E (movement speed when chasing)?I would also like to see his Q hitbox bigger.

To me,Hecarim does not seem viable anymore the instant he gets a little behind.Any idea?

Making Hecarim's W an AoE fear would be rather broken, I think it would just be better if they fixed it, it currently has a tiny cap on the healing, and added another second to his R fear. I think the idea of adding a run speed boost while chasing is brilliant! I wish they would do that. And yes, I think his Q needs a longer range too, especially since they nerfed the damage...
