Delete Surrender from low ranks

Ive been playing LoL for a decent 4 years now.People are quickly demoralized and tend to surrender because they always surrendered in bad situations so they dont know how to come-back.So many times my teams used that /ff and i was the only one on the ''NO'' side,losing the game and some LP each time even if it was tie.Deleting /FF could help people getting better at the game and think twice before starting a game (some surrender because they had like 35 mins for a game ,and the game reached that time).This could also help those who really want to try getting higher in the ladder instead of being sucked down like if they were into a bog.

Remember that it takes 4 out of 5 of the people on your team to vote "Yes" to successfully surrender.

That means that, out of all of the people on your team, you were the only one who believed there was a chance for a comeback.

While admirable, that still doesn't amount to much in a team game.

Trust me, it's harder to give people a pep talk in LoL than it is to surrender.
