That's what I was going to say to you. If you want to actually discuss where you think Hecarim is too strong, provide the actual numbers instead of idiotic exaggerations. But when all you post is, "he literally flashes to you from anywhere on the map and deals, 100% pure damage from one ability," you're just spamming.
