So, lets talk about Yi and draven and why the both need buffs.

Recently I've have witnessed champions completely fall off, whilst others become Meta, arguably OP. The main examples of these I want to talk about here are Draven and Yi.

Lets start with draven, whats his purpose? Well draven is a champion that is supposed to be strong early game, in order to win lane and snowball from it into the mid game, he excels as a lane bully. However he falls off late game. Now, the reason why Draven needs buffs is because he lacks damage, with the removal off the old rune system, you can no longer have both AD and AS. Therefore draven is forced between AD, or AS. The precision tree is dreadful for him, Lethal tempo just doesn't fit him, fleet can work, but why pick such a passive keystone on such a early game dominant champion, who succeeds by getting kills and snowballing. The domination tree, none really fit him except dark harvest, which just lacks the AS for early game, and doesn't really provide much until mid-late, and with the over heal relic meta, they will just eat that damage. The sorcery keystone provides him with only one decent one, Aery, however the lack of AS really hurts him, as well as the damaged gained isn't so significant. Klepto and aery are arguably the best keystones for him, they don't fit him well at all, however they are mediocre. Klepto, mana expenditure is high, also RNG can hurt him hard.

I think I did a good job explaining the keystones, although don't need me to explain, just look at his win rate, personally, he needs some form of damage keystone, which is in the precision tree, therefore allowing him to also get the Passive AS. Or, provide him with some buffs to his kit, although i wouldn't know myself the kind of buff that would get him back up. I'm sure my draven main brothers will help me out.

Now onto Yi, i can already see the down voters, clicking the button before even finishing the title, all the need to see is Yi and its instant. However, his win rate shows hes struggling, and with the most up voted post being buffs to a 50% win rate ahri, i can already tell this post isn't gonna make it past positive double digit mark. But for all you people who don't suffer from PTSD because a Yi once got fed and 1v5d your team, and fail at comprehending the term snowball and strong when fed. Then hear me out.

Yi, oh yi, why does he need buffs you ask? He needs them because his win rate is low, and his match ups are hard enough. Keystones, he doesn't have a single good keystone, like draven, just many mediocre ones. His match ups usually consist of tanks like sej or shyana, ninja tabi rush gods. I mean, lets reduce basic attacks by 12%, then counter there healing with thorn mail. I do love those two items. However, my good friend phylol covered this and many other champions in a video, which you guys should take a look at.

All in all, champions are lacking, and instead of attention, there is neglect. there's posts of ahri people wanting buffs, which is at the top of the forum, and she has a 50% win rate for Christ sake, take a look at champions, and asses them, or go play them in games for yourself, and you will see they are both weak. This just isn't these two, these many more, i just play these two more then the others.

If there is anything you think i should add, let me know, and ill be sure to add it in, lets hope these and champions in a similar situation to them get help.

Also, i need to add this, just to show how much of a joke this boards is, people care about a champion who is already performing well, rather then champions who are struggling. http://prntscr.com/i422tk
