My Perfect Champion

I've been playing LoL for a few months now, but I still haven't got the hang of one champion fully. I really like some of the champions but there's always something their missing. I just wanted to know if there are any champions that fit this criteria.

Ranged Good amount of burst damage Has some type of stun or silence or anything like that Has a gap-closer not very mana hungry has a good amount of health or armor has good movement speed or some ability that increases movement speed has and ability that increase damage
