is playign against hacker bots( that are farming ip) just to get ip in return fair?

in the more fun modes, 3v3 and dominion, hackers using botting programs to farm IP are so commonplace that you encounter them literally every game, of course, this also means there are so few players on to not counteract them

my question is, playing against these bots and winning provides approximately 2.5x the ip of a normal, non-botted match and approximately 6-8x as much as a riot sponsored bot match; ;; so, is it legit to profit from the hackers or should I go back to normal mode?

to put it simply, although the match is essentially "fair", because the bots take little to no action, this essentially makes these modes an exploit

E.G: 1 hour of gameplay = 300 ip, though idk how much the bots farm on their own

Is there anything you, legitimately, can do to stop this-without just blatantly not playing League of Legends how you like it? Since the answer is no, then you're fine. You can't stop the botters from botting, and if you would leave the game they'd just keep botting, getting more and more ip because it'd take a long time for bots vs bots to close out a dominion game unless you gave one side a significant lead.

Due to this, I'd say playing with them and then reporting is probably the best thing you can do.

Interesting question.

On the one hand i'd say you're doing nothing wrong, since its really Riot's responsibility to do something to clean up the bots.

On the other, every time you play you are in a way legitimizing the bots' activity by helping them level up. On the other other hand the bots would just end up playing each other if you weren't there.

So i'd say you're in the clear.

Yeh, they can't ban you for exploiting anything because that's like them saying, "This is all full of bots so don't play 3v3's." They'd be enabling it then, and banning you for what you enjoy doing.

It's profitable to bot, since an hour of electricity is less than 5c. Botting a day gives him 6k IP for $1.

For human, I'd recommend getting a job, since you get paid $7.25 an hour.

For the exploit part, Riot can't ban you for refusing to have your name in their leavebuster.

Yeah but you're selling your labour, some might say your soul, to an evil corporation for that $7.25, versus, well, not.
