recently riot changed this item, it went from regening a flat 20 health upon taking damage to 0.4 health per 1% missing health after taking damage. this means you need to be at 50% health to have the original numbers and if you are at 50% health the enemy can easily stack dark harvest.

and all the champions you needed dorans shield to lane against like in the top lane, and to an extent in mid. all have soaring win rates.

the turret buffs aren't going to save you when the enemy can 50% to 0 you from outside of the turret range.
