Taliyah Early Game
Taliyah is completely overpowered in top lane early game, and in general. There's literally no counterplay to her as a champ like Tryndamere. If you try to run up to her, you get pelted by rocks on the way, and she just lays down a bed and catapults you into them. Your E can be used to engage or disengage or to get away from the catapult, but otherwise you can't really do anything. You can't avoid getting hit by the catapult either if her bed of rocks is laid down, and who wouldn't do it in that order? Finally, that catapult does WAY too much damage.
