(Current) Best Champions on Twisted Treeline?

So now that I've transferred to NA (I came from OCE since I'm moving to the US anyway) I finally can enjoy Twisted Treeline 'permanently' (for those who don't know Twisted Treeline is in a sense 'limited' on OCE).

Since I really haven't played Twisted Treeline regularly ever since I transferred to OCE (I'm from NZ [but moving to US now]) I can't really catch on of how patch changes affect Twisted Treeline so it'd be great to have the community's help.

So yeah, what champions are strong on Twisted Treeline? I am no means someone who only plays 'strong/OP' champs, I just really need some sort of an overview on the Twisted Treeline meta.

Basic team comp is a Mage bot, Marksman or Fighter top, and a Tank jungle or support. From hearing people talk, NA seems to favor having a jungler while EU seems to favor running a support.

METAsrc and MetaLoL both offer tier lists for a rough sense of relative champion power. Keep in mind the regional meta differences though, as, for instance, Taric and Mordekaiser are less valued in NA due to fewer support comps.

Though in high elo on NA they go into the Support meta.
