I see people saying it in more than one place, and I kind of agree. I dunno if that's true of any champion they've released for me.

First I'd like to ask why you're addressing GD when your thread is in Gameplay & Balance?

But on the topic of Bard, yeah, he really isn't very strong. They released him underpowered and are buffing him. I expect the buffs to keep rolling in every so often until he's in a good spot.

He was released rather weak for one, But the other thing people aren't realizing is all of his counters are popular right now.

Champions like Leona Thresh Blitzcrank are the popular supports at the moment, and they pretty much hard counter Bard and remove his ability to roam early game completely. Since if you leave your AD carry alone against any of those supports, they will die.
