Make Ryze's Stun a FAST skillshot.

I don't feel like writing an essay, but i'm sure everyone here loves when ryze snares you then chunks you for 90 percent of you're damn health just because hes 3/0. Hes way too insane when fed and can just demolish anybody who comes in his way with 0 room for counterplay. Making it a fast skillshot (Like Iverns but a bit faster?) would make the champion balanced in my eyes. Hell you could even buff the damage but this ability is probably why ryze had to go through so many reworks.
