What Riot Staff needs to do

I understand you don't have much say on game changes and etc. But, you need to take a stance against dyanmic que because i personally haven't played for a month and im just waiting down overwatch right now. Once this huge chunk of players quit league and go the overwatch you will start losing your jobs.

So if you're not going to listen to the forums. Just remember your job is on the line.
