So with the rework...

LeBlanc has gone from niche pick that only the best players pull off, to a champion that is permanently p/b in LCS. In what way is this rework successful or more "balanced" because I still don't see it.

I one shot squishies even harder than before but just have a delay with waveclear and being able to pick what ability I want to mimic to compensate.
