The Garen buffs on the pbe arent the right way to change him

When we look at toplane this armor shred is a nice solution to buff him when he fights melee tanks, but it doesnt fit his hit and run playstyle. It would be nice if they change his ult dmg to physical so this armor shred could be usefull for him and hexdrinker wouldnt be a counter vs garen anymore. Armor % shred on his e is good but its not so effective when garen trys to fight an adc.
