What should happen to Oriana Passive aka (Clockwork Windup)

Oriana's Passive @Phreak - League of Legends Community

Lets just sit back and really think, how useful Orianna passive is?

Sure its nice for those level 2 Auto-Attack Assaults, but overall its just wrong on a champion with her kind of kit. Think about all those times you were like, "Damn ![Brand](https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/16.11.1/img/champion/Brand.png) passive does so much". When was the last time you remember saying to yourself "Man ![Orianna](https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/16.11.1/img/champion/Orianna.png) passive does so much." Here's a quote from the great Phreak Himself. "Lux can trigger her passive multiple times in a 2 second window, and on multiple targets, which is different from how Ziggs's passive functions. I believe at higher levels, Lux's also outscales Orianna's quite a bit.

Quite a bit feels like an understatement </3

Here's how I think we should change it,

  1. Possibly adding speed to her ball (Scaling with her level). So level one its slower than normal, but still does its job. But as she gains levels, it moves faster and faster until it's a reasonable speed, testing would be best to get a happy outcome. You could also make it accelerate, slow at the start, but gains massive speed quickly. So it would be "outplayable" , but also be useful. (And Terrifying)

  2. As an opposing choice, Have her ball be a buff. Whether its a Armor/Magic Resist, Damage buff, or speed buff (Scaling with her Ap). Make it fair but also powerful. Make the Orianna feel like she's doing something good for her team. Her E already gives flat Magic Resist and Armor,. It would be up to the Reds to make it interesting.

Other changes I would like to see is maybe a charge up to her W(Command: Dissonance), make it hit harder, but have a charge time, Similar to ![Ivern](https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/16.11.1/img/champion/Ivern.png) E. Again, adding a chance for the enemy to outplay her, but still hitting hard like a Master I Promotional defeat, so its satisfying when it does connect to your forsaken opponent's mandible.

One last thing, Don't allow Orianna Ball to hide in walls to where it cannot be seen. Seriously its a exploit that is not fair, It needs to be fixed. Add a large outline of it!

Right now the way she is it feels a little boring, sure if you can hit a good ult its nice, but still kinda boring. I want to see new visual effects, I want my robotic ball to Blast its way into their Hopes and Dreams, suck everything in like Yasuos suck your fun, Drink yourself 13 shots of Fireball Whisky because it has the word "Ball" in the name, Smash your forehead on your keyboard, Watch your own personal Michael Bay Movie Commence, Screech like a pterodactyl, and move what's left of your face into a smile because your screen fills with Victory!

I think her passive is fine and adds flavor to her kit. Like how Heimer throws a wrench or Soraka with her banana of doom, Orianna's passive is a nice way to incorporate her overall steampunk theme as a clockwork doll with mechanical parts.

Her passive isn't meant to be super strong mid to late game. It's just there to for extra poke (like Ziggs' passive), as usually mages don't get that opportunity due to their low AA damage.

I don't mind her passive, allows her to do good damage to turrets and gives her some sustained damage as well she can use when the aggro isn't on her
