For like Yasuo, Riven or Kha6. I've played Yasuo before and quickly learned that if I can mash Q and E as fast as I can and just aim my cursor at minions i look like a pro. When Allies are near I mash Q E and R so I don't miss any ults. Is there a way I can just put all of this like item actives all into 1 button. Maybe a "go hard" button that does pots and ignite as well. Shit sounds intense.
I get the point behind this shit post but come on man put a little more effort into it. Everybody whos played Yas knows they don't always wanna R every time some ones knocked up and having Q and E on same trigger will screw with his laneing. Riven cant animation cancel if they are all on 1 hotkey, which is a part of her kit that everybody hates on. Kah would benefit most (by virture of this silly idea hurting him the least) but your still goanna be consistently blowing his escape and also waste an R passive reset.
Just call them out on the boards as braindead champs and that will alone be enough to tilt their mains to down vote your crap post to oblivion, you don't need to make yourself sound like an doofus who has no idea how this game works in the process.
As for items, get a decent game mouse that you can bind hotkeys to, use your thumb. Razors got several but there are plenty of cheeper ones out there as well.

I'd be very very wary of any tweaks to keybindings/macros that take 1 input and produce more than one output, particularly gameplay impacting ones. (I also doubt it actually good yas play to do as you describe.)
(I'd for example be surprised if riot punished people for tweaking stuff so that you flash mastery whenever you ult or similar, but potentially making certain combos easier is no bueno.)'
edit: That said, if it's possible to do what you describe directly from the game options under keybindings [which I don't think it is but I haven't tried], then it's probably fine. if you need to manually edit files or set up external macros though, then I'd strongly reconsider.
